With boiling water:

Mix the dry product - Add boiling water up to the indicated line approx 180ml - Stir and cover - Wait 3 minutes - Stir again - Wait a few moments before consuming.

With microwave

Remove the top film and mix the dry product - Add cold water up to the visible line approx. 180 ml - Stir - Heat at 700 W (medium) for 3 minutes - Stir again - Wait a few moments before consuming

Shipments

Shipments are processed within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. In Europe, delivery takes place within a maximum of 7 working days after the order has been processed. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. They will be displayed at checkout.

Returns

Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be in new condition with all original tags and packaging intact. To request a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or to a faulty item. Once the returned items have been received and their conformity has been verified, the refund will be made or a purchase voucher will be issued, depending on the customer's preference.
